First of all, thank you for taking care of your baby by choosing a loving family for him or her. This has to be one of the hardest decisions that you have ever made and maybe even one of the most emotional roller coasters that you have ever been on, but we are proud of you for considering adoption! We would love to adopt your baby. We would love to meet you too! We know that it will be important for the development of your baby to know about their birthparents and admire them for their love and sacrifice. We would like to get to know you so that you can feel confident that you are making the best decision. We are comfortable communicating with you and getting together through the years. We’ll be taking lots of pictures and videos that we can share too! We really want you to have joy and peace knowing that your baby will be loved unconditionally for a lifetime.

| Let us tell you a bit about ourselves…We are Brandon and Angela and have been married since 2006. We met in Houston, TX back in 2005 at a game night that Angela hosted and have been best friends ever since. We were attracted to each other from the start and enjoy reminiscing about our love story. Angela is a small-town Iowa girl and Brandon grew up in the big cities of Houston and Dallas, Texas. Our paths crossed the day Angela decided to finish out the year as a 6th grade teacher and apply with Heart to Heart International, a ministry that works with orphans in Romania. Having been to Romania twice for extended stays with Heart to Heart, she was ready to devote the next 2 years to living and working with orphans there; but God had other plans. We quickly realized that our relationship was worth exploring and were engaged 10 months later. Our wedding, July 29, 2006 was one of the most fun days of our lives! We were relaxed and confident that we were marrying our best friend, so we had smiles from ear to ear as we posed for pictures, said our vows and danced with our friends and family. |

Our family consists of Brandon, 28, Angela, 31, and a very loveable Golden Retriever named Ginger who is 4. We live in Lenexa, KS and love spending time together, especially when we get to be outdoors! We are fortunate to live in a quiet neighborhood a block from an elementary school and very close to lots of neighborhood trails. In our free time you will most likely find us biking, throwing the Frisbee, walking with Ginger, going to the dog park, hanging out with friends, being involved in church activities, and taking fun photos. Brandon enjoys reading about cars, listening to music, working out, and making home movies. He also loves anything remote control and has plenty of remote control helicopters to keep him entertained. Angela likes designing photo albums, teaching Sunday school to kindergartners and entertaining friends. Last year she hosted a dress party in which she and her friends dressed up and went on a scavenger hunt around the city. We both enjoy having friends and family over for games or dinner. |

| We are very blessed to have a loving extended family that is excited to meet the newest member to our family. Brandon has five aunts, uncles, and many cousins with children, one of which was adopted from the Ukraine. It is always a treat to get together at the annual family reunion in Texas. We have so much fun on the climbing wall, zip line, riding horses, skeet shooting, Frisbee golf, and catching up with the fam! Brandon’s dad and his wife Wendy recently moved from Dallas, TX to St. Louis, MO. We are so excited about their move and look forward to seeing them much more now! Brandon’s mom passed away in 2010, but leaves behind a legacy of love and fun memories. Angela’s mom lives in Denver, CO and comes often to visit. We definitely enjoy times spent visiting her and exploring the mountains of Colorado! Angela’s dad and his wife Lynn, live in a small farming community in Northwest Iowa. Being a farmer’s daughter gives much opportunity for spending time at the farm, riding horses and visiting extended family. Angela has one sister, who is married and a cute nephew whom we enjoy spending time with. |

Adoption has always been on our hearts, and when we were unsuccessful in conceiving a biological child it seemed part of the plan to adopt in order to start our family. We cannot wait to meet our children! We are looking forward to seeing what our child will look like, what interests they will have, and what their personality will be like. We look forward to seeing the likes and dislikes of our child and how they will become a part of our family. We love them already! We joke about the funny things that our kids will pick up and make fun of us for. We love laughing and just spending time with each other and look forward to the day that our children will join us in our everyday adventures! |
