Patrick and Jennifer
Dear Birthparents,
Hello! Our names are Jennifer and Patrick. Thank you for taking time to consider us as potential adoptive parents. We have been married since 2002. We are fun, easy-going people and have a lot of love to share. We live in an exciting college town in the mid-west. Patrick (39) is a consultant in a public relations firm and Jennifer (36) works on a college campus with students. Jennifer is looking forward to staying at home to take care of our baby and we are both ready to devote a lot of time and love to a child. |
About Us
If we had to describe our relationship to you, it would be that we are open, caring and fun-loving. We are always making each other laugh and I think that is something you have to have in a relationship. As we grow older, it becomes clearer that all that matters is making others happy. We do that for each other and others and we continue to take one day at a time and make each other smile. We enjoy many outdoor activities - traveling, going to movies, and spending time with family and friends. Our home is perfect for children with a nice backyard and lots of children to play with in our neighborhood. |

Our Interests
Our greatest interest is traveling. We enjoy taking vacations and visiting friends and our families - together combined we have six brothers, two step-sisters, one step-brother and a total of 22 nieces and nephews. We also enjoy the outdoors and seeing new places and cannot wait to share these experiences with our child. |
About Our Family
Jennifer is ready to be a mom and Patrick is ready to be a dad. We are excited for the parenthood phase of our lives. We are at the right age, we have the background and support we need, and we are ready to love a child of our own! Our relatives are so excited to welcome a new member into the family! Everyone is waiting for this special new person to come into our lives. It is going to be an amazing homecoming for this child. They will have so many wonderful aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends – it is so special to think of how great it will be! Our family has been so supportive and just wants us to also experience the joys of parenthood. |

Sydney
Sydney is our black Labrador. She was born in 2000 and we named her after the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia so that we would always remember how old she is! Sydney loves children and is great around people. |
In Conclusion
Not being able to have a child has been difficult for us as a couple. We have always wanted children and tried unsuccessfully for over 6 years to have one. However, we have hope that one day we will have a child to complete our family. This letter represents our appreciation for your decision and hope for the future. Thank you for letting us share a little bit about ourselves with you. If you would like to know more about us or consider us as adoptive parents for your child, please contact our adoption agency.
Thank you,
Jennifer and Patrick |
